The ideal candidate will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment for students. As a Classroom Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting with curriculum development and lesson planning while ensuring the well-being and educational growth of each student. Duties Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Support children with special needs. Help maintain a structured and safe classroom environment conducive to learning. Participate in curriculum development and contribute ideas for lesson planning. Engage with children during activities, promoting their social and emotional development. Facilitate child care when necessary, ensuring their safety and comfort. Collaborate with teachers to assess children’s progress and adapt teaching methods as needed. Maintain open communication with staff regarding children’s development and behavior . Requirements Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating young learners. Previous experience working with toddlers or preschoolers in an educational setting is advantageous.
