You will be responsible for supervising campers, leading activities, and fostering personal growth and development among participants. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about childhood development and education. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with campers in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement educational and recreational programs that promote teamwork, creativity, and personal growth. Educate campers on essential skills through sports coaching, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maintain a positive group atmosphere. Provide support to children with special needs or those requiring additional assistance. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages campers to express themselves and build friendships. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns. Qualifications Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices is beneficial. Strong classroom management skills to maintain order during activities. Experience in sports coaching or leading physical activities is a plus. Familiarity with special education techniques to support diverse learning needs is advantageous. Certification in First Aid/CPR is highly desirable. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
