This role involves caring for children in a safe, nurturing environment while promoting their development through engaging activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for fostering their growth and well-being. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Provide first aid when necessary and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements. Skills Proven experience in caregiving or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or nannying. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Ability to engage children in creative play and educational activities. Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
