The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere for children. This role is essential in fostering growth and learning while ensuring the well-being of each child. Duties Provide attentive care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Educate children on basic life skills through play and structured activities. Support special education needs as required, adapting activities to suit individual learning styles. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding the child’s progress and any concerns. Document daily activities, milestones, and any incidents that may occur. Experience Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas: Must be fluent in Mandarin. First aid certification is preferred to ensure safety during caregiving duties. Background in special education or early childhood education is highly valued. Experience with childhood development principles to foster growth through play. Previous roles in nannying, babysitting, or preschool settings are advantageous. A strong understanding of childcare practices and the ability to educate through engaging methods.
