The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. This role involves engaging with young learners, implementing effective lesson plans, and supporting their developmental milestones. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes childhood development. Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring an inclusive environment for all. Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and discovery. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child’s development. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Utilize Montessori methods or similar approaches to enhance learning experiences for preschool-aged children. Provide early intervention support for children who may require additional assistance in their learning journey. MUST HAVE CDA BY NY NEW YORK STATE OR TEACHING LICENSE

Proven experience in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning techniques. Experience working with preschool-aged children or toddlers is highly desirable. Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children’s learning needs.
