Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on literacy education, math skills, and early intervention strategies. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing individualized support as needed. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote effective communication and collaboration. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations. Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children in a classroom setting is essential. Knowledge of child welfare practices and early intervention techniques is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
