The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This position involves working closely with children of various age groups, supporting their developmental needs, and assisting in daily activities that promote learning and growth. Duties Assist in the supervision of children during playtime, meals, and educational activities. Implement age-appropriate learning experiences that foster childhood development. Support children with special needs by applying behavior management techniques as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure safety and hygiene. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and daily activities. Collaborate with lead teachers to create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each child. Provide care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed. Observe and document children’s behavior and development milestones. Requirements Experience in caregiving or childcare is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus. Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support children’s needs. Background in special education or experience working with children with diverse needs is advantageous. Strong understanding of childhood development theories and practices. Ability to engage and educate children through creative play and structured activities. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
