Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Duties:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschool-aged children
• Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow
• Provide individualized attention to each child to support their social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred or a CDA
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles
• Familiarity with literacy education, physical education, and math concepts for young children
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
