The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Young Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students. Your ability to manage classroom behavior and engage children in educational activities will be essential to their growth and learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support each child’s development. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Requirements Experience working with students in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with behavior management strategies to effectively guide young learners. Previous experience as a nanny or in infant care is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
