Responsibilities:

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Assess and document children’s progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss children’s development and address any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and maintain a positive team dynamic. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring that materials are accessible and safe for children. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Foster a love for learning through interactive activities, storytelling, and play-based learning.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting. Strong communication skills and a passion for nurturing young learners. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a love for early childhood education. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
