WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING OUR CURRICULUM AND DAILY SCHEDULE AND FOLLOWING DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES REGULATIONS. CREATE, DEVELOPE APPRORIATE ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE SOCIAL, PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE EXPERIENCES. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE AND WORK WELL WITH OTHER STAFF, PARENTS AND RESOURCE PERSONELL . OBSERVE AND DOCUMENT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHILDREN. SUPERVISE AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL TRAINING TO TEACHER ASSISTANTS AND CLASSROOM VOLUNTEERS.

Summary In the role of Lead Childcare Teacher for Preschool, Toddler, and Infant age groups, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment that fosters early childhood development. Reporting to the Childcare Director, you will utilize your core skills in childcare, classroom management, and teaching to engage children effectively. Your premium skills in first aid and special education will enhance the learning experience for all children, including those with disabilities. By leveraging your relevant experience, you will ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating atmosphere that promotes growth and learning for every child in your care.
