Pre-K Teacher Responsibilities:

As a Pre-K Teacher , you’ll be responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of your classroom and students. Implement daily lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skill development in preschool-aged children. Create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and nurturing educational environment for all students. Manage and supervise the classroom, guiding children through daily routines and activities. Lead and functionally supervise an Assistant Teacher or aide, collaborating for effective classroom management. Monitor student progress , adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and needs. Communicate effectively with parents , addressing concerns and celebrating developmental milestones. Ensure compliance with all Kiddie Academy standards and state licensing regulations.

Pre-K Teacher Qualifications:

Experience working in a daycare or school environment (required). Prior experience as a Preschool Teacher or Pre-K Teacher is highly preferred. A strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage, encourage, and motivate young children.
