Preschool Teacher – 3 Year Old Classroom Trucksville Early Childhood Education Trucksville, PA 18708 Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Preschool Teacher for our 3 Year Old classroom to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong commitment to early childhood education. The Preschool Teacher will implement engaging curriculum activities that support literacy education and overall growth in a daycare or private school setting. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to build strong relationships and support children’s development. Assess children’s progress through observation and standardized testing methods to tailor instruction to individual needs. Provide support for children with special education needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and share best practices in preschool education. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and wellness. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and practices. Requirements Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or educational settings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children are essential qualities for this role. We follow a school calendar.
