The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and growth of children aged and curriculum. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to support child welfare and family engagement. Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Teach physical education activities that promote health, coordination, and teamwork among preschoolers. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development to enhance the educational experience for all students. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in childcare or as a preschool teacher is highly desirable. Familiarity with childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Experience in private school settings is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families. A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
