QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education:
a minimum of a Child Development Accreditation (CDA) in infant and toddler.
Preferred Education:
an associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field plus two years of experience working in an early childhood education setting with infants and toddler. Must have an interest in child development, a flexible personality, the ability to work independently and excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus enjoy a variety in daily work routines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee operation and activities of supervised groups and classroom planning. Ensure developmentally appropriate comprehensive program and classroom plans that meet children’s group and individual needs, and follow SUMMIT Early Learning curriculum and philosophy.

HOURS & SALARY
Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday – Friday, 260 days/year. $17.40 to $19.70 depending upon qualifications.
