The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children of various age groups. Responsibilities

• Educate and engage with children in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms
• Implement behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment
• Assist with classroom management and activities
• Provide care and support for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Support teachers in implementing educational programs
• Adapt to different age groups and classroom settings as needed Skills
• Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles
• Ability to work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs
