Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Skills:

• Experience in toddler care, preschool, or daycare settings
• Strong classroom management skills to create a structured and positive learning environment
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Ability to provide basic first aid when necessary
• Understanding of childhood development milestones and appropriate teaching strategies
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability in working with young children
• Experience or knowledge in special education is a plus
