Duties About the Role As a teacher at Sea Island Sprouts, you’ll be an active co-researcher alongside children. You?ll create environments that encourage curiosity, support social-emotional development, and celebrate each child?s unique voice and ideas. Our program emphasizes hands-on exploration, outdoor learning, and strong community connections?not worksheets or screens.
