We are searching for someone who loves to work with children and teach them important foundations, such as writing, social skills, numbers/letters, self help skills, and building confidence. Someone creative, organized, who enjoys hands-on learning, who takes good initiative, and who wants to see children do their best would be a great fit for us! Experience with classroom management is preferred! We are a small family owned preschool in West Ashley, and have been open for 10 years now. We are highly sought after by families all around Charleston because they have heard about how much warmth and love goes into our teaching. Manage classroom activities and behaviors to create a safe and nurturing environment. Communicate and build a relationship with parents regarding their children’s progress and development. Utilize effective teaching strategies to support early childhood education and literacy. Monitor and assess individual student needs, adapting approaches as necessary. Collaborate with other teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.
