Our ideal team members have:

A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young learners. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional customer service skills. A willingness to meet state-specific teaching qualifications or the ability to obtain them. High school diploma (required) CDA or associates or higher in ECE 1 year of ECE experience CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). The ability to lift up to 40 lbs., move energetically throughout the day, and engage actively with children. Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
