The ideal candidate must be able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure and important deadlines while representing the ideals and mission of the school. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as seeking new and effective ways to promote the services offered at Little Learners Lodge and Montessori of Mount Pleasant. This is a close knit office surrounded and often visited by children, teachers and families. The ability to be flexible in prioritizing tasks with interruptions while keeping the administrative team in the loop is imperative. This individual must possess a gift for children, deep care for our community and an unwavering passion for aiding others! Salary based on experience. Duties Assist in center operations as directed by the Head of School and Center Owner/Directors. Greet families on arrival and dismissal while maintaining accurate attendance records via Lillio Ap. Ensure the organization is compliant with DSS and South Carolina state regulations and is transparent and accurate in all its records and documents. Maintain accurate employee and enrollment files in accordance with DSS regulations and company policies. Build social media presence including producing blogs, podcasts, and references advocating best EC practices. Establish strong cooperative relationships with community groups, volunteers, clients, government officials, and the press. Ensure an engaging climate which attracts, motivates, and supports a talented, diverse staff to effectively execute programs. Effectively manage resources, supplies, food, equipment within budget guidelines. Light bookkeeping Payroll Requirements Dedication and commitment to the organization?s mission and values. Two or more years progressive experience in business management including bookkeeping and payroll. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
