Summary We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Smart Cookies Early Childhood Center. In this role, you will create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children’s interests. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns. Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities as required. Conduct assessments to monitor children’s development and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
