The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a safe and engaging environment for children, promoting their growth and development through educational activities. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to manage various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Duties Provide attentive care to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Assist with planning and implementing educational activities that promote learning and development. Educate children on basic life skills, social interaction, and emotional regulation. Supervise playtime, ensuring safety and encouraging positive interactions among children. Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and any concerns. Support children with special needs or developmental challenges as required. Assist in classroom management to create an orderly environment conducive to learning. Skills Experience in babysitting or working in daycare settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices, particularly for preschool-aged children. Ability to provide infant and toddler care with patience and understanding. Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow emotionally and intellectually.
