Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Utilize Montessori methods to create hands-on learning experiences that cater to individual student needs. Assess students’ progress regularly and adapt teaching methods accordingly to meet diverse learning styles. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning. Experience Previous experience working with children in daycare or private school settings is preferred. Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences. Knowledge of literacy education techniques and early childhood development principles. Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Familiarity with Montessori principles is a plus. A background in early intervention strategies will be beneficial for supporting diverse learners.
