Duties Basic Requirements o Greet and develop relationship with Parents and Students o Supervise and monitor safety of children o Help children keep good hygiene o Routine Care (Diaper changes/Potty) o Daily Report in Playground o Weekly lesson planning using Teaching Strategies o Positive Reinforcement o Nurture Children o Enhance Children?s growth and development o ASQ Assessments o Assist children in creating healthy eating habits o Keep classroom and materials clean and sanitized o Maintain DSS/ABC/CACFP/First Steps Training Hours o Maintain Center/DSS/ABC/CACFP/First Steps Regulations o Organize classroom/centers o All other duties as deemed necessary Skilled Requirements o Prepare monthly lessons for students o Keep items in center labeled o Routine Planned Physical Activity o Communicate clearly with Parents, student?s development and progress o Conduct twice a year Parent/Teacher Conferences o Decorate classroom to match theme of month or current study o Show evidence of education o Understand diversity, empathy, and equity and demonstrate in classroom o Use Problem solving techniques o All other duties as deemed necessary

Experience:
