Infant/Toddler Floater Position Available In Greenville, South Carolina

Infant/Toddler Floater SCA 739 North Main Street, Mauldin, SC 29662 Enjoy long weekends every week! We are seeking an experienced preschool teacher with a thorough understanding of the responsibilities associated with caring for infants and toddlers. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and outlook on life; someone who is nurturing, responsible, professional with good communication skills. Candidate must have a love for the Lord and a passion for children. CPR/First are a plus. A high standard of ethical and moral conduct has given our parents expectations of our staff, to be honest, reliable, hard-working people who provide exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities:

Support and implement activities in both classrooms. Interact with children both physically and verbally throughout the day. Observe, see, hear, and respond to children’s needs, emergencies, and conflicts that might occur in a classroom, playground, bathroom, or common areas. Meet and build relationships with parents, staff, and administration. Maintain a friendly demeanor and a smile at all times. Ability to move to different classrooms to maintain the student to teacher ratios. Able to communicate (stoop and bend) with the child on their level. Assist children with their personal hygiene and clean-up of the classroom when necessary. Attend staff meetings, in-house training, and other center functions, etc., as requested by the Director. Adhere to health and safety procedures. Perform other duties, as required.

Hours:

4 days per week. Tuesday to Friday (7am-6pm)
