The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children in our care. This role involves working with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, and requires a commitment to fostering their development through engaging activities and lessons. The Child Care Teacher will also support children with disabilities, ensuring that every child receives the attention and encouragement they need to thrive. Responsibilities Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all children. Educate children on basic skills such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes. Engage in play-based learning activities to enhance children’s social and cognitive skills. Manage children’s behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma.
