The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children. This role involves educating and nurturing young minds, ensuring that each child develops socially, emotionally, and academically. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among students. Provide individualized attention to children, including those with special educational needs. Facilitate physical education activities that promote health and wellness among preschool-aged children. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
