If so, we’d love to have you join our team! We are a faith-based half-day preschool located in Fort Mill. We currently have a position for a toddler teacher. This is a part- time position (8.30am-1.30pm). Previous experience is appreciated but if you love working with kids we can teach you the rest! We offer a great work environment, paid holiday and teacher work days and low student to teacher ratios.
Lead teachers are responsible for:
Providing a Christ-centered, safe, engaging environment for children. Working with children in groups or one-on-one, depending on the needs of children and the subject matter Planning and carrying out a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills Keeping records of the students’ progress, routines, and interests, and keeping parents informed about their child’s development Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with fellow staff, parents, and administration
