The Preschool Teacher will play a crucial role in implementing lesson plans that promote literacy education, childhood development, and overall child welfare. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Monitor and assess children’s progress through standardized testing and early intervention strategies. Foster a love for learning through creative activities that enhance literacy education. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns related to daycare or preschool activities. Create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and encourages participation from all children. Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the highest standards of child welfare are met. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in lesson planning tailored to young learners. Familiarity with early intervention techniques for children needing additional support. Ability to create engaging educational activities that promote literacy education. Experience in toddler care within a daycare or private school setting is preferred.
