The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students, focusing on their academic and personal growth. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, focusing on subjects such as Math and Literacy education. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere through effective classroom management techniques. Provide individualized support to students, ensuring that each child’s unique needs are met. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Engage in curriculum development to enhance educational offerings and improve student outcomes. Facilitate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in preschool and toddler-aged children. Assess student performance through various methods to inform instruction and provide feedback. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in preschool or early childhood education is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective communication. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in toddler care.
