Duties:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
• Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom or home environment
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
• Assist with personal care tasks such as diapering, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and address any behavioral issues or conflicts that may arise
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting
• Strong classroom management skills to effectively manage a group of students
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children and provide personalized care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
