We are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. As part of our commitment to excellence in early childhood education, we are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team and lead our 3 and 4-year-old classrooms. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of childcare experience and a genuine passion for working with young children. Salary is based upon education and experience level.
Duties Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote child development in areas such as physical education, math, and language skills Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive interactions and guidance Monitor and assess each child’s progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning Ensure the well-being and welfare of all children in your care
Requirements Qualifications:
Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check Nice To Haves ECD101 Firs Aid/CPR Benefits 401k Matching PTO Vacation
