Job Summary:
Little Harvard Academy is looking to hire a lead teacher for our toddler classroom (two’s class). We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. You will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, manage classroom behavior, and provide individualized attention to each child.

Duties Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social-emotional development Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events Utilize technology and other teaching resources to enhance student learning Provide support and guidance to students with special needs or behavioral challenges Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
Requirements Qualifications:
High School Diploma (Required) Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred) Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues Nice To Haves ECD101 Degree in Early Childcare Classes in Early Childcare Benefits Paid Time off 401k match Employee Discount
