The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and educational experiences. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Supervise and engage children in daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction, creativity, and exploration. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program that meets the needs of all students. Observe and assess children’s development, providing feedback and support as needed. Stay current with best practices in early childhood education, including classroom management techniques. Qualifications Experience in daycare settings, babysitting, or nannying is preferred. Familiarity with childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Previous experience working with students or individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Certification in First Aid is highly desirable.
