Child Care Assistant Director Leading Child care & Early education Fort Mill, SC 29715 Overview The Child Care Assistant Director plays a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operation of a child care facility. This position involves collaborating with the Director to ensure high-quality educational programs, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a nurturing environment for both children and staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and experience working with students in an educational setting. Responsibilities Assist the Director in the daily management of the child care center, ensuring smooth operations. Support the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of children. Supervise staff and provide guidance to ensure high-quality care and education. Foster positive relationships with families, addressing concerns and promoting engagement in their child’s education. Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
