Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Worker to join our team. As a Nursery Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and supervision to children in a nursery setting. This is an important role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of young children.

Duties:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed
• Implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
• Monitor children for any signs of distress or illness and report to appropriate staff members
• Collaborate with other nursery workers to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in babysitting, daycare, or working with students is preferred
• Knowledge of toddler care, childhood development, and behavior management techniques
• Ability to manage a classroom of young children effectively
• Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide emotional support to children
• First aid certification is a plus
