We provide a loving and vibrant environment where Christ is at the center of all we do. Our classes offer a strong educational foundation, highly rooted in an interactive learning experience along with great enrichment activities such as music class, weekly chapel, library, on campus field trips and more! Our Savior is licensed with the Tennessee Department of Human Services.

Duties:

• Help develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for early childhood education
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Participate in paid professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Must be available Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
