Daycare Teacher Generations Childcare and Learning Center 108 Margaret Street, Madison, TN 37115 Company Overview Generations Childcare and Learning Center is a family-owned daycare center that opened in 2017, and we are located in Madison, Tennessee. With a legacy of providing quality childcare for generations, we are dedicated to fostering children’s academic growth through play and hands-on activities. Summary We are seeking an individual with a passion for shapoing the minds of the next generation, to join our team at Generations Childcare and Learning Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a fun and educational environment that nurtures children’s creativity and imagination while supporting their overall development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Manage classroom activities and maintain effective classroom management techniques. Provide individualized attention to children to support their learning needs. Encourage creativity through arts programs and hands-on activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and needs. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall childcare program. Requirements A minimum of a High School Diploma is required Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Experience in classroom management or caregiving roles. Ability to implement engaging educational activities for young children. Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
