Position Overview We’re currently hiring Early Childhood Teachers who are committed, qualified, and ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth Foster a warm, supportive atmosphere where each child feels seen, heard, and valued Communicate regularly with parents and team members about each child’s progress and needs Follow all licensing and health regulations, including sanitation and safety protocols Model positive behavior and conflict resolution in the classroom Participate in ongoing professional development and team collaboration Be flexible and available to assist in other classrooms or roles when needed
