Floater

Overview:
We are seeking a Floater to join our team. This role involves providing support and assistance in various areas within our educational setting, assisting teachers in the classrooms and helping with tasks around the center. The schedule for this position is 7 am
- 3:30 pm.
Duties:
- Assist in supervising students during transitions and activities
- Support teachers in implementing educational programs
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
- Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution
- Complete tasks around the center and maintain cleanliness
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and staff
- Experience working with students in educational settings
- Knowledge of daycare or private school environments
- Familiarity with literacy education and childhood development principles
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques for children
