The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards. Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching. Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth. Ensure a healthy classroom environment – including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children. Qualifications Experience working in early childhood education. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment. Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
