Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Afternoon Floater to join our team. This role involves providing support and assistance in various areas within our educational setting. The schedule for this position is 12

• 5:30 pm.

Duties:

• Assist in supervising students during transitions and activities
• Support teachers in implementing educational programs
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
• Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution
• Complete tasks around the center and maintain cleanliness

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and staff
• Experience working with students in educational settings
• Knowledge of daycare or private school environments
• Familiarity with literacy education and childhood development principles
• Proficiency in behavior management techniques for children
