Job Responsibilities :
Ensure proper safety and supervision of children at all times. Knowledge of DHS regulations and QRIS standards. Create stimulating and developmentally appropriate lesson plans while meeting the individual needs of each child. Communicate effectively with parents to build positive relationships with family and children. Communicate effectively with co-teachers, staff team, and management. Promote positive guidance techniques within the classroom. Maintain organization and cleanliness of classroom and all toys. Participation in staff meetings and training to further education. Interact with children to support play, exploration, and learning.
Job Requirements:
Upbeat, energetic, and reliable individuals who love children. Must have High School Diploma or GED Child Development Associate (CDA) or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in a licensed daycare or childcare facility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
