Pro Re Bona Early Learning Center, 1707 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
Pay:
Starts at $13/hour with a High School diploma and no prior child care experience; $15/hour with a CDA. Rates increase with education and experience, up to $19.45/hour.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to pass a fingerprint background check. Experience in Early Childhood Education, specifically in a PreK classroom is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Stay engaged and supervise children in your care, ensuring safety and promoting active participation in all activities. Plan and lead activities that support children’s development in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas. Maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment. Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and volunteers. Be attentive to the health and well-being of children, responding to their needs as appropriate.
