We have a variety of options and schedules available. Our staff sign contracts for each school year and then there is flexibility to change positions after each school year. Here is what we currently have available. Pre-K 4’s Lead Teacher

- 3 days a week, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Toddler Lead Teacher
- 2 days a week, Monday/Wednesday Toddler Teacher’s Aide
- 2 days a week, Monday/Wednesday Floater
- 3 days a week, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday Duties Responsibilities Trinity Learning Center is a Christian preschool and will be teaching Christian values as well as academic and social-emotional learning in a play-based setting.
We are licensed by DHS and all staff will be expected to meet the highest state standards. Our work day is from 8:30-2:30 with students in class from 9-2 each school day. We follow the Knox County school calendar and closings with a few exceptions. We offer extended care from 8-9 a.m. and 2-3:15 p.m. so opportunities for extra hours may be available if interested. Classroom teachers are responsible for the students in their care throughout the school day, while a floater position would support our entire staff and all students. Lead teacher positions are responsible for lesson planning and parent communication as well. Requirements Qualifications Experience with children is mandatory. Applicants must be patient, kind, and supportive with a team-oriented attitude. We do have some entry position options for those new to child care as well as a position as a Lead Pre-K teacher which requires a CDA or higher in early childhood development or a related degree.
