Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children.
• Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in various areas such as math, language, science, and physical education.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child’s progress.
• Observe and assess children’s development and provide early intervention when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of individual students.
• Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education.
• Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children.
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies to support children with special needs.
