Highway 411, Madisonville, TN 37354 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for infant and toddlers. This role involves working with infant and toddler children, utilizing innovative teaching methods to promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Provide engaging and interactive activities that promote learning in areas such as language, literacy, physical education, and social skills. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning environment conducive to exploration and growth. Conduct assessments to monitor children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
