Child Care Teacher Detour to Discovery Academy 200 Harnett Court, Clarksville, TN 37043 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Teachee to join our team and provide exceptional care and education to children in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their growth and development. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Follow all childcare regulations and guidelines Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or related field
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Ability to engage children in educational and fun activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
