The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning through play, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on developmental milestones. Maintain classroom management to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment. Ability to provide care for toddlers and infants. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their growth.
